It simplifies storage, loading, unloading and on the job dispensing of 55 Gal. steel drums. Cradle frame is channeled steel, cross-braced for rigidity. Non-sparking oil and chemical-resistant wheels mounted on the inside of frame. 4 each 2.5 in. poly wheels for transporting. The drain height is 15.5 in.. Tipping handle is removable.
