FLANDERS® EZ FLOW® II MERV 4 ECONOMY FIBERGLASS AIR FILTER, 14X20X1 IN.

These disposable, economical air filters are designed to protect furnaces and central air units in residential and light commercial applications. They’re priced individually and sold in case quantities only.^^Construction^Each filter has a one-piece frame that is made of heavy chipboard to eliminate corner separation. The filtering media in the middle of the frame is made of continuous filament-spun glass.^^Sealing is accomplished with a resilient hot-melt adhesive. The adhesive runs the full perimeter of the frame’s upstream and downstream sides.^^Functionality^The EZ Flow II is made to function without a retainer by adhering the frame directly to the media, which has a light skin. A resinous bonding agent provides rigidity and resistance to media compression.^^Tested for Quality^These furnace air filters have been tested by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and are classified as UL 900 Class 2 for flammability (the UL marking appears on the frame) They also have a MERV 4 rating.
