Tectite 1 in. IPS x 1 in. CTS Brass Push-to-Connect Conversion Coupling

The 1 in. Tectite by Apollo Push-to-Connect IPS (Iron Pipe Size) x CTS (Copper Tube Size) conversion coupling is the fastest, cleanest and simplest way to transition from SCH40/80/120 pipe to any combination of copper, CPVC, PE-RT and PEX pipe without the use of tools, solder, open flame or glue. Simply insert the pipe to allow the high-strength stainless steel teeth to grip the pipe securely against the specially designed O-ring. Fitting removal and reuse is just as simple using a simple demount clip (sold separately). After assembly, fittings may be rotated for simpler installation in tight spaces.
