The Tectite by Apollo 1/2 in. Brass Push-To-Connect x 3/8 in. O.D. Compression Dual Opposed Outlet Dual Shut-Off Quarter-Turn Stop Valve allows for the simple integration of a new plumbing line for running a line from the 1/4 in. Compression line to an end fixture. It is ideal for the addition of ice makers and humidifier supply lines to new or existing systems. The quarter turn ball valves allow for independent flow control of each outlet. Tectite by Apollo push-to-connect stop valves are the cleanest and simplest way to gain flow control on copper, CPVC, PE-RT and PEX pipe without the use of tools, solder, open flame or glue. Simply insert the pipe to allow the high-strength stainless steel teeth to grip the pipe securely against the specially designed O-ring. Stop valve removal and reuse is just as simple using a simple demount clip (sold separately). After assembly, valve may be rotated for simpler installation in tight spaces.
