PAA Sanitizer is a peroxyacetic acid-based sanitizer/disinfectant developed for use on previously-cleaned hard, non-porous food contact surfaces in food and beverage plants, egg facilities and eating establishments. Effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica and Escherichia coli, PAA Sanitizer has demonstrated greater than 99.999% reduction of organisms after 60 seconds.
